Temperature Monitoring & Overheating Protection:Built-in high-precision temperature sensors automatically pause charging when temperatures fall outside the safe range. The CZC7EP operates reliably from -20°C to +50°C, the YGD series from -25°C to +45°C.

Reverse Polarity Protection:Detects battery polarity and refuses to start if connected incorrectly. Standard on all series: The CZC7EP indicates a fault with code E-02, while the YGD series cuts power directly.

Charging Timeout Protection:Sets a maximum charging duration and cuts power automatically if exceeded. CZC7EP supports timing via the panel; the YGD series has built-in timeout protection with manual adjustment.

Battery Type Compatibility & Cell Balancing:Adapts to various lithium batteries and ensures balanced charging for multi-cell packs. CZC7EP has built-in BMS communication protocols; the YGD series supports both CAN communication and blind charging modes.

III. Placement Site Details and Maintenance Instructions

1.Placement Site Detailed Requirements

l Environmental conditions:The storage area must be kept dry, ventilated, and dust-free, avoiding moisture accumulation, condensation, and rain splashes; it should be kept away from corrosive gases, oil fumes, dust, and metal debris, and adverse corrosive environments must be prevented.

l Space and Heat Dissipation:Well-ventilated, leave enough space around for heat dissipation, regularly check that vents are not blocked ;Distance between chargers 1m; distance between charger and battery 1; Distance from flammable materials 2.5m; distance from explosive materials 5m.

l Installation Basics: The installation surface should be flat, without severe vibration or impact.Wall-mounted installation must be secure, using the specified expansion screws and mounting plate.Cable routing should be standard, avoiding compression, bending, and high-temperature areas.

2.Daily maintenance details

l Regular Inspection:Clean the vents weekly to prevent blockage by dust and debris.

l Check the connection terminals every month for looseness, overheating and ablation.

l Check cables for damage, aging and abrasion, and confirm correct connection of positive and negative poles.

l No open flames in the charging area, and fire fighting equipment shall be provided.

l Long-term shutdown: cut off power supply, clean the unit, store in dry condition, and inspect before re-use.

l Take lightning protection measures in thunderstorm seasons and ensure reliable grounding.
